Winner – Brandon Jarrett – Hollywood Independent Music Awards

The 2026 Hollywood Independent Music Awards was a night I will never forget!

I got the honor of winning Best Song in the Children’s Music category and shared that with my writing partner, book author and dear friend Mallory Stevens.

The night was filled with magical moments! There were so many talented artists and music creators there to celebrate each other’s accomplishments.

I also got to perform and share the stage with an INCREDIBLE group of musicians who infused the song that I wrote and performed with an energy that is almost indescribable!

Some of those that I shared the stage with are some of my dearest friends. Danny Falcone, Mykel Pay, Michael O’Neill, Jarrett Johnson were some of those! And new friends like our genius music director Nomad, Max on Bass, Emily on Keys, Jordan on Sax and drummer Joel Meza!

Thank you to Brent Harvey for creating The HIMA and for the opportunities you have given to so many of us in the music industry!

My soul is full with gratitude!
